Read and Resist: In conversation with Lamble

Read and Resist are a collective and collaborative forum bringing together a host of community, activist, and academic voices on all things Transformative Justice.

They sat down with Bent Bars Collective member Lamble to discuss the High Court ruling in which an applicant challenged the transgender prisoner policy, FDJ, R (on the Application Of) v Secretary of State for Justice (Rev 1) [2021] EWHC 1746 (Admin) (2 July 2021).

There is a huge amount of miscommunication and misinformation shared around about trans people in prisons, and this Judicial Review in particular, and so we feel this is a really important watch - addressing a complex topics in a clear, nuanced and understandable way.
